The entire problem was that pool companies neglect at $130 per month. Pool green, heater bypass open, filter full of algae, cracked filter manifold on a 1 year old filter from lack of backwashing, poor water flow, turned off gas line, 0 chlorine, low alkalinity and ph. We fixed their entire problem the same day. Don't pay twice from someone else's incompetence.
